Terms of "Free Shipping" & "Flat Rate Shipping" Offer

Free Shipping on orders over $100 & Flat Rate Shipping (on orders $100 or less) only applies to orders entered on FlagDesk website: flagdesk.com. Some Restrictions Apply - see below for details.

Free Shipping on orders over $100 and Flat Rate Shipping on orders $100 or less, applies to the 48 U.S. contiguous states only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico), APOs, and PO Boxes.

Other restrictions exclude shipping addresses over bodies of Water, Desert & Mountainous Regions (Islands, Mountains & very hard to reach rural areas). Ferries, bridge toll costs & any extra fees may be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Some Residential & Remote shipping areas throughout the U.S. are considered unattainable by freight companies, making it difficult to impossible to deliver 20 foot, 25 foot, 30 foot, & 35 foot 'one piece' flagpoles. We may authorize at our discretion the customer to upgrade to a 'two piece' flagpole allowing delivery at no extra cost to the customer. Authorization must be approved by us.

Free Shipping on orders over $100 and Flat Rate shipping does not apply to expedited shipping. If you require expedited shipping, you will be notified of the additional cost options available. We offer expedited shipping services including 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day Air (carrier rates apply).

Purchase orders are not eligible for free shipping / flat rate shipping terms.

We reserve the right to choose the shipping method based on cost. If your shipping address does not qualify for our free shipping, we will notify you prior to processing your order.

We reserve the right to turndown any order for any reason. Also, we reserve the right to turndown any order due to extreme delivery issues that requires additional cost. These costs will be carefully considered with options for shipment to support your order request.

General Shipping Information

For your protection and ours, all new orders are reviewed to verify the accuracy and validity of the order before the order is shipped. Orders for flags and flagpole parts can take up to 24 hours to process. Orders placed after 12PM(CST) will generally be processed the following business day. Exceptions apply if custom flags, fabrication or not in stock.

Orders for flagpoles, if not in stock, may require lead time of 4 to 6 weeks for fabrication depending upon the flagpole specifications. After review of your order, we will notify you on the estimated shipment date.

Policy on Flagpole Orders

Flagpoles, due to their length are shipped by common carrier. Our carrier's responsibility ends at delivery point or loading dock. Drivers are not responsible for the loading or unloading of freight, however, many drivers will assist.

Flagpole orders require a contact number to provide the carrier details to accommodate delivery coordination. At time of flagpole shipment, FlagDesk will provide shipping details, including carrier and tracking information. This will enable the receiver to check on shipment status while in transit.

FlagDesk or our carriers do not make any guarantees as to the time or day of delivery.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES WHEN TAKING DELIVERY OF A FLAGPOLE

Our carriers require an adult to be present for delivery. Always inspect the packaging and boxes for damage when the flagpole arrives at your location. ANY DAMAGE OR MISSING PIECES MUST BE REPORTED TO THE DRIVER AND NOTED ON BILL OF LADING AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES ON STORAGE OF FLAGPOLE SHAFTS

Flagpole shafts are wrapped in a craft paper to protect the finish while in transit. FLAGPOLE SHAFTS ARE RECOMMENDED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE SHIPPING TUBE AND STORED APPROPRIATELY OFF THE GROUND AND PROTECTED UNTIL INSTALLATION. This is to prevent any chance for moisture to come into contact with the flagpole shaft while sitting in the paper carton (this carton with water will stain the flagpole). Warning Labels are prominently displayed on the wrapping and/or at both ends of the shaft packaging. The flagpole must be unwrapped and stored indoors if possible. For outdoor storage, the flagpole shafts must be unwrapped and elevated off the ground (i.e. on saw horses). FlagDesk is not responsible for storage of any flagpole shafts and is not responsible for any damage or staining that may occur in storage.
