Returns Policy
Easy returns within 60 days of shipment on pre-approved items.
At Flag Desk, Inc. ('Flag Desk', the seller), customer satisfaction is important to us. We will accept returns on merchandise within 60 days of shipment that have been pre-approved for return.
- In no case are goods to be returned without prior consent from Flag Desk. We will provide a Returns Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
- For a return credit to be issued, the buyer must return items in new condition, in original packaging, and it must be received without damage in the return shipment.
- A 25% restocking fee may be applied on the return credit in some cases. The buyer will incur all transportation costs for the authorized return goods.
No Fee for Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Items
Flag Desk does not charge restocking fees for items that are defective, damaged in shipping, or shipped in error.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- No restocking fee will be applied — you will receive a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
- Flag Desk pays return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
- All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Photos of the damaged item and packaging will support fast resolution.
Return Shipping Options
For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. You have two options:
- Ship the item yourself using the carrier of your choice to the return address provided with your RMA.
- Request a prepaid return label from Flag Desk. If you'd prefer, we can email you a prepaid shipping label, and the actual cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This is often the most cost-effective option for larger items.

Refund Timing & Method
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receipt of the returned item and are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom / "made to order" flags, flagpoles and flagpole components are non-returnable under any circumstances. This restriction includes custom flags, flagpoles that require special fabrication (non-standard), and custom-made parts, and any other product that is specially fabricated, or special-order items.
- All Nautical, Outrigger, Vertical Wall Mount, entasis tapered, and custom powder coat flagpoles are "made to order" and non-returnable. Any other non-standard (custom) sized poles are also "made to order" / non-returnable.
- All electrical items (Flagpole Lights) that are removed from their original packaging are non-returnable under any circumstances. Please know the correct size needed for your application prior to placing an order.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Returns sent without a valid RMA number cannot be processed.
