Our Superior Manufacturing Process

We use advanced molding techniques—either clamshell steel or Mylar molds—which surpass traditional filament winding in both durability and finish.

This process allows continuous glass fibers to be aligned vertically, enhancing wind resistance while keeping the pole remarkably lightweight. Prior to layering the fiberglass resin composite, a gel coat is applied within the mold. Both elements cure simultaneously, resulting in a smooth, lustrous finish that’s as strong as it is stunning.
